My name is Silke Cummings-Burek. I’m a Holistic Nutrition and Ayurvedic Life-Style Coach with a B.S. in Holistic Nutrition (Highest Honors - Summa cum laude) from Clayton College of Natural Health as well as a Certified Wellness Coach by the Spencer Institute. At the present time I'm studying Ayurveda through the American Institute of Vedic Studies (Dr. David Frawley) to become an Ayurvedic Life-Style Counselor.
